職務内容
- IFRS、JGAAP、税務に基づく財務諸表・開示資料の作成
- 経営層向けの財務レポーティングおよび分析資料の作成
- 財務分析を通じたリスク・機会の特定と企業価値向上への貢献
- 収益性・税務・コスト最適化に向けた会計・財務ソリューションの企画・実行
- 財務・会計に関わる部門横断プロジェクトのリード
- 決算・報告プロセスの簡素化、自動化、効率化の推進
- サステナビリティ報告（CSRD）およびソルベンシーII関連レポーティング対応
条件・待遇
- 勤務時間：9:00〜17:00（フレックスタイム制度あり）
- 勤務地：東京エリア
- 在宅勤務あり

Required Skills
- 経理・会計・税務いずれかの実務経験3年以上
- IFRSまたはJGAAPに関する基礎知識
- 日商簿記2級以上、または同等の知識
- 日本語または英語ビジネスレベル
- 部門内外と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション・ファシリテーション力
- Excel、Word、PowerPointの実務使用経験
- 会計ソフトの使用経験、US CPA・税理士資格をお持ちの方は歓迎
