- M&Aおよび資本業務提携に関する戦略立案・案件推進
- 買収案件のソーシングおよび投資ストラクチャーの整理
- デューデリジェンス、バリュエーションの企画・推進（外部専門家のディレクション含む）
- 契約交渉およびクロージング（Execution）のリード
- 投資後のPMI推進、事業計画策定
