Join a fast-growing global securities firm as an Operations Manager / Senior Manager, playing a key leadership role in building and scaling the Japan operations platform.

This position goes beyond traditional back-office functions, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence, infrastructure development, and business growth in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

• Oversee all Japan operations functions, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership as a key strategic advisor on business planning and operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to support business expansion and infrastructure development.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal controls and operational risk management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese regulatory requirements (JFSA, JSDA).
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to align operational strategies and execution.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 証券会社、または金融機関におけるオペレーション部門のマネジメント経験
• 日本の証券業務（決済・クリアリング）の知識
• 金融庁や日本証券業協会向けのレギュラトリーレポーティングに関する知識
• 日本株・外国株を含むエクイティ商品の知識

• リーダーシップ（クロスファンクショナルチームをまとめ、戦略プロジェクトを推進できること）
• コミュニケ―ション能力（グローバルな環境で関係者と調整・連携ができること）
• ITやテクノロジーの素養（先端技術を業務課題の解決に活用できること）

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 外資系証券会社や投資銀行のオペレーションにおけるマネジメント経験があれば尚可

• Proven experience in operations management within financial services or securities firms.
• Strong understanding of Japanese securities operations (settlement, clearing, regulatory reporting).
• Knowledge of equity products (Japanese and international markets).

• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to work with local and global stakeholders.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to leverage technology to improve operations.

• Experience in global brokerage or investment banking environments
