外資系医療機器メーカーのコマーシャルエクセレンス シニアアナリストとして、データを活用した戦略立案および業績向上を推進していただきます。

本ポジションでは、営業・マーケティング活動データを分析し、ビジネス戦略の意思決定を支援するとともに、業務プロセスの最適化やシステム改善をリードします。クロスファンクショナルに連携しながら、組織全体のパフォーマンス最大化に貢献する重要な役割です。

• 顧客・臨床データを活用した仮説検証および戦略分析
• BIツールを用いたダッシュボード設計・可視化の推進
• CRMや社内システムの改善に向けた要件定義およびプロジェクト管理
• データ統合・自動化・業務標準化に関するプロジェクトリード
• 経営層・各部門へのビジネスインサイト提供およびレポーティング

This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights, optimizing processes, and enhancing business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve operational efficiency and sustainable growth in a high-impact environment.

• Analyze customer and clinical data to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to visualize performance and business health.
• Define requirements and manage CRM and system enhancement projects end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for data integration, automation, and process optimization.
• Deliver timely and accurate business intelligence insights to stakeholders.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験
• Excel（関数・ピボットテーブル等）を用いたデータ分析経験
• PowerPointスキル（会議資料、マニュアル作成等）
• 会議の運営経験（議題の設定から、ファシリテーション、決定事項やアクションアイテムの整理・記録まで）
• 事業会社、またはコンサルティング会社でプロジェクトをリードした経験（計画やスケジュールの策定、課題解決、品質管理含む））

• 未経験業務にも主体的に取り組み、必要に応じて周囲と連携できる方

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（ただし、学習意欲があればビジネス未満でも可）

• TableauやPower BIなどのBIツール使用経験
• データ分析結果をビジネスに落とし込む実務経験
• 医療機器・製薬業界での業務経験

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Experience creating presentation materials and documentation using PowerPoint.
• Experience managing meetings and project workflows from planning to execution.
• Experience leading project planning, scheduling, and quality management.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex business problems.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
