Join a growing energy trading firm as a Market, Liquidity & Credit Risk Analyst, supporting Japan's expanding renewable energy and power markets.

This role focuses on analyzing trading risks and delivering insights that directly influence portfolio strategy and risk management decisions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders while developing expertise across energy trading, derivatives, and financial risk frameworks.

• Identify and monitor market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks across trading activities.
• Ensure trading activities remain within approved risk limits and proactively manage potential breaches.
• Develop and enhance risk measurement models and methodologies.
• Collaborate with portfolio management and pricing teams to align risk exposure with business strategy.
• Maintain and improve risk management policies and trading controls.
• Prepare and present risk reports and insights to senior management.
• Support expansion into renewable energy markets through advanced analytics and modeling.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• エネルギー、電力、金融機関、商社、コンサル等におけるリスク管理または関連業務経験
• 先物・オプション等のデリバティブ商品の理解および取扱経験
• VaRなどのリスク指標に関する知識
• SQLおよびExcelを用いたデータ分析・管理スキル
• 統計・金融手法を用いたリスク分析およびポートフォリオ評価経験

• コミュニケーション能力（建設的な議論や、ステークホルダー調整ができること）
• 国際的な対応力（日本・海外双方のビジネス環境を理解できること）
• 積極性、柔軟性（新しい分野に興味を持ち、学び続ける意欲があること）

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• Experience in risk management or operations within energy, utilities, or financial services.
• Experience handling financial instruments such as futures, options, and derivatives.
• Strong understanding of risk metrics such as Value at Risk (VaR).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL and Excel.
• Ability to apply quantitative and statistical methods to trading and portfolio analysis.

• Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate both Japanese and international business environments.
• Proactive mindset with strong adaptability and continuous learning attitude.
