大手保険グループの代理店管理領域において、基幹システム移行や新商品関連プロジェクトを支えるシステムエンジニアの募集です。設計・開発サポートからユーザーテスト、データチェックまで、品質を担保する重要な役割を担います。

職務内容
- 基幹システムのMigrationプロジェクトおよび新商品開発等における支援業務
- 要件定義書の理解を前提に、主担当者と連携した設計検討・開発サポート
- システムのユーザーテスト計画・実施、証跡資料の作成
- Power BI／Databricksで作成されたデータのExcel上でのチェック
- 関係部署・開発メンバーとの協働による課題解決
※トレーニングや重要会議時を除き、希望に応じてリモートワーク可

- 要件資料・システム設計書を読み解き、理解できる能力
- 要件・設計に基づくテストケース作成およびテスト実施経験
- チームで協働し、主体的に課題解決に取り組める方
- 流暢な日本語
- 保険会社や金融機関における代理店管理システムの開発・テスト・保守経験
- Excelを用いたデータチェックの実務経験
- 英語でのReading／Writing（翻訳ツール活用可）
