大手外資系酒類メーカーにて、日本市場向けの受注管理およびカスタマーサービス業務を担当するポジションです。
SAPを使用したオーダーマネジメントを中心に、社内外と連携しながら安定した出荷・サービス品質を支えます。

職務内容
- SAPを使用した受注管理業務（新規受注、変更、修正対応）
- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応および課題解決
- 営業、物流、SCMなど社内部門との調整・連携
- 納期遵守およびサービスレベル向上への対応
- 受注・出荷に関するトラブルシューティング
- 業務プロセス改善・継続的改善活動への参画
- 月次・期末業務のサポート

- 勤務日：月〜金 9－18時
- 勤務形態：ハイブリッド（在宅週2日）
