急成長中のSaaS企業にて、財務戦略をリードするCFOを募集しています。当社は営業DXに特化し、成長の重要な局面を迎えています。このポジションでは、IPO準備を主導し、財務ガバナンスを強化することで、野心的な拡大計画に貢献することが期待されています。給与は最大2000万円、フルタイムの柔軟な勤務体制、健康保険、高性能MacBookを含む充実した福利厚生を提供します。
主な業務内容：
- IPO準備及び実行のリード
- 財務戦略の策定と実施
- J-GAAP財務報告とコンプライアンスの監督
- 資本政策と資金調達戦略の管理
- 内部統制とガバナンスの設計・最適化
- 監査法人や規制当局との連携
- SaaSのKPIと財務パフォーマンスの監視
応募資格：
- 公認会計士（CPA）資格必須
- 上場企業での監査リード経験
- J-GAAPおよびJ-SOXの深い知識
- 高度な財務モデリングスキル（PL/BS/CF）
- SaaSの収益認識経験
- IPO準備及び実行経験
- スタートアップの成長と目標に対する強いコミットメント
