【職務内容】
Senior CTA として、CRA/ CTM などのグローバルプロジェクトメンバー（日本国外のメンバ
ーを含む）のサポート業務をお任せいたします。臨床試験の管理・実施を支援するために、幅
広い事務・運営・コーディネーション業務を担っていただきます。
※ICON Strategic Solution（FSP 部門）への配属を想定しております。
◇ CTM／CRA サポート業務
・臨床試験に関する各種事務業務のサポート（・書管理、会議調整、試験関連記録の維
持など）
・規制関連・書（Regulatory Documents）の作成・提出補助、およびプロトコルや規
制要件への遵守確保
・試験進捗のモニタリングおよびトラッキング、サイトとの連絡管理、試験資材のタイムリーな配
送手配
・サイトスタッフやその他のステークホルダーとの良好な関係構築を通じて、試験運営の円滑化
とプロジェクト成功をサポート
