■業務内容：
事業戦略担当として、部門横断での事業推進・経営支援をご担当いただきます。
■具体的な業務内容：
＜事業戦略・業績管理＞
・事業戦略（方針・リソース配分）の策定支援
・中期計画に基づく事業計画やKPI設計、モニタリング
・業績管理／収益性や原価管理（本社・子会社含む）
・投資や設備導入における財務、税務面のサポート
＜プロジェクト推進・事業課題の解決＞
・戦略施策や改善施策の進捗管理（PDCA）
・複数部門にまたがる事業課題の整理、解決推進
・中長期戦略の検討および推進サポート
＜グローバル連携・経営サポート＞
・欧州、米州、アジア拠点との連携スキーム構築、データ管理
・海外生産拠点との需給、在庫調整
・経営層向け資料作成、レポーティング
・PSI や経営会議など主要会議の運営サポート
＜サプライチェーン・組織運営の最適化＞
・需給や在庫計画（PSI）の最適化
・事業部内の人材育成支援、配置最適化 など
