仕事内容
（1） 部門ニーズに伴うクライアントとの（製薬企業含む）契約書の立案、契約締結に伴う指導、および審査とクライアントや部門との交渉
（2） 主に各部門や子会社担当者からの法務関連相談への対応
（3開発した分析手法や製品などに関する知的財産権の出願、権利化、管理
（5） クレーム、訴訟関連業務への対応
（6） 従業員に対する法務関連教育及び従業員向けのセミナー等を通じた情報提供
働き方
・リモートワーク可（週に2～3日等）
・休日出勤：なし
・出張：原則としてなし

【必須要件】
・企業法務として和文・英文契約書のレビュー、作成の経験（5年以上）
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力、英語力
【歓迎要件】
・個人情報保護法関連の業務経験
・ICT・システム関連契約の業務経験
・薬機法関連契約業務
・弁護士資格（国内外）保有
・法科大学院又はLL.M.修了の方
・他部署とのチームワークを伴うプロジェクト経験者
・製薬会社法務部等医薬系企業法務経験は特に歓迎
