【職務内容】
弊社のFSP 部門（Functional Service Provider）における外部就労案件にて、Site Engagement Manager（弊社タイトル：Senior CRA）として下記業務をご担当いただきます。臨床試験ライフサイクル全体を通じて、Clinical Team および社内ステークホルダーと密接に連携し、Site Engagement 戦略の策定および実行を推進していただきます。競合環境や試験上の課題を的確に把握し、サイトエンゲージメント活動の調整・実行を支援するとともに、適切な施策を通じて試験の円滑な進行およびタイムライン遵守に貢献いただきます。また、関連組織との関係構築を通じて有望な施設やKey Opinion Leader の特定を支援し、治験責任医師との関係構築を通じて臨床試験への参画促進に寄与していただきます。

Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
■CRA、CTM、または臨床開発領域における実務経験（目安：5 年以上）を有し、臨床試験プロセスおよび規制要件に関する十分な知識を有する方
■医療機関（治験実施施設）との関係構築およびマネジメント経験、またはSiteEngagement／Site Management に関する経験
■ Key Opinion Leader（KOL）やInvestigators との関係構築・連携経験を有する方
【歓迎（WANT）】
■エンロールメント促進や試験推進に関わる戦略的な取り組み経験があれば尚
可
【求める人物像】
■ 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力を
