・SAPを中心とした基幹システムの運用管理および最適化
・SAP HANAの管理・導入経験
・SAPアップグレードにおける全体取りまとめ（計画立案、関係者調整、進行管理）
・ベンダー（外部パートナー）との協業および管理
・システムトラブル発生時のトラブルシューティングおよび原因分析
・社内外ステークホルダーとの連携によるインシデント対応
・チェンジリクエストの整理・要件定義・実装推進
・グローバルチームとの連携によるシステム改善および標準化
・チケット管理（JIRAを用いた優先度設定、進捗管理、品質管理）
・業務プロセスの可視化および最適化
・セキュリティおよびコンプライアンス対応の推進
