入社後数ヶ月を呉工場にて勤務後、タイ工場への駐在を想定しております。
【具体的な仕事内容】
・生産計画の立案、工程進捗管理
・生産効率および安定稼働の実現に向けた調整・改善業務
・設備保全計画の策定から改善活動の推進
・社内設備投資（修繕、更新）の管理
・社内設備の保全及び業務改善
・経営陣への報告、資料作成など

Required Skills

・工場の機械設備の修理業務経験がある方
・電気制御回路を理解できる方
