国内のセールス＆マーケティング、またグローバルのファイナンス＆SCM 部・と連携しながら、年間予算策定、・次予測を・い、販売量、価格、製品構成、コスト等の財務計画の策定や修正
・パフォーマンスモニタリング
ポートフォリオ、製品、セグメント別等のパフォーマンスを可視化し、経営幹部向けダッシュボード作成
・ビジネスインサイト、シナリオプランニング
損益計算書におけるリスクや機会を積極的に特定し、マクロ市場動向
・戦略的取引・援のための財務モデリング
主要顧客の戦略的事業レビューに参加し、主要顧客の財務モデル、ROI 分析、価格設定フレームワーク、リスク調整済み予測等により、経営陣やセールス＆マーケティング部・に付加価値のある財務的洞察を提供。
