・契約書等の法的レビュー
・他社との事業・資本提携ならびに会社の設立および合併等に関する法的分析およびコンサルティング
・経営戦略及び各部門の諸施策に関する法務面からの法的検討・分析
・法務／リーガルコンプライアンスに関する各種教育啓発の企画及び関連規程の策定
・訴訟・トラブル等に関する法的分析及びコンサルティング（労働法および知的財産権法関連を除く）
