・全社パフォーマンス・マネジメント（評価制度・評価運用）の設計およびエンドツーエンド運営（目標設定～評価・フィードバック）
・評価基準・ルール・ガイドラインの策定と全社での一貫した運用・ガバナンスの確保
・評価データの収集・分析・可視化を行い、経営・マネジメント層へのレポーティングおよび改善提案
・HRBPや事業部門と連携し、評価制度に関する問い合わせ対応、課題対応、関係者調整のハブとして機能
・評価結果をもとにL Dと連携し、人材育成・スキル開発テーマの整理および施策企画を支援
