【仕事概要】
バイオプロダクションの クロマトグラフィー樹脂製品を担当するフィールドアプリケーションサイエンティスト（FAS）として、
営業チームおよび顧客の一次技術窓口を担い、技術提案・トラブルシューティング・アプリケーションサポートを提供します。
高い技術専門性、自律的な案件推進、ステークホルダーマネジメントが求められます。

Required Skills
■必要要件
・理系大院卒以上（化学、バイオ、バイオプロセス工学、薬学、農学、生命科学など）
・製薬・バイオテック・CDMO等でのDownstream開発・技術移管・製造支援、またはPurification関連FAS経験（2・5年以上）
・クロマトグラフィー（アフィニティ、イオン交換、疎水性相互作用など）に関する深い専門知識と実務経験
・顧客との技術ディスカッションを主導し、関係者を巻き込んで案件を推進できる能力
・日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：技術文書読解・グローバル会議参加が可能なレベル
■歓迎要件
・mAb、バイオ医薬品、CGT、ワクチンなどいずれかのモダリティにおけるDownstreamプロセス経験
・バイオプロセス機器に関する理解
・顧客向けセミナー・学会発表・技術トレーニングの経験
・グローバルプロジェクトへの参画経験
