【具体的内容】
・事業損益管理：月次決算報告を通じた事業進捗管理、課題特定、調整
・予算・事業計画策定：国内外販売・製造拠点と連携した計画策定と予算管理のリード
・事業戦略策定・推進：中長期目標実現に向けた重要施策の立案・推進、課題解決、リスク対策
・グローバル連携：各工場の稼働状況や各拠点の要望を踏まえ、課題対応や改善施策を推進
・会議体運営：事業部月次定例、事業部長定例、グローバル会議の企画運営
（事業部長方針発表に向けたプレゼン資料やメッセージ作成を含む）
・新規成長領域の検討：既存事業の枠を超えた新規プロジェクトの企画・推進
