本ポジションでは、医薬品セグメント全体を俯瞰する立場から、グループキャッシュの最適配分および資本効率の最大化をミッションとして担っていただきます。
経営管理部門の中核メンバーとして、経営戦略・投資戦略と連動したファイナンス施策の立案から実行までに幅広く関与いただくポジションです。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
●グループキャッシュアロケーション戦略の立案・推進
（１）医薬品セグメント内の資金余剰・不足構造の把握
（２）グループ会社およびホールディングスと連携した資金配分方針の設計・実行
（３）海外子会社を含めたキャッシュ活用・還流スキームの検討
●コーポレートファイナンス戦略の立案・推進
（１）ROICを軸とした資本効率向上施策の検討
（２）成長投資と財務健全性を両立させる資本構成・負債水準の最適化
（３）経営判断に資する財務分析・シミュレーションの実施
●MSP単体およびグループの収支・資金管理業務
（１）中短期の資金繰り管理および見通しの策定
（２）事業部門・関連部門と連携した資金計画の策定・モニタリング
（３）経営層向けレポーティング・意思決定支援
