（ご経験に合わせて監査役補助業務からお願いします）
内部監査担当：当社及び米国子会社の内部監査を担当。
【具体的な業務内容】
・内部監査計画の立案
・内部統制制度の整備・運用に関する検討、提案、助言、確認
・帳簿書類・諸帳票・その他の諸資料の確認
・指摘事項・改善指示に対する被監査部門の改善状況の確認、改善に対する提案、助言
・報告書の作成及び報告

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・内部監査業務経験5年以上 ※内部統制評価ではなく業務監査経験必須
・「経理・財務」「人事・総務」「事業企画・営業」のいずれかの実務経験
・英語力（会話可能なレベル、流暢ではなくても可）
【歓迎条件】
・製造業での監査経験（半導体業界経験あれば尚可）
・少なくとも業務に慣れるまで原則出社可能であること（概ね半年～1年）
