・外科医と協力し、新しい手術手技の開発・導入に成功した経験
・目標達成や市場拡大の実績がある結果志向型の人物
・新しいマーケティングプログラムを戦略的に計画し、戦術的に実施できる能力
・高い臨床能力があれば尚良し
・部門横断的な管理能力
・独立して、またチームの一員として働ける能力
・自発的で自信があり、優れたコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力を持つ人物
・コンピュータスキル（Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint）が必要
・30～40％の出張（海外含む）が可能
・ビジネス英語レベルの能力

【Required Skills and Experience】
・Experience in successfully working with surgeons to both develop and launch “new” surgical procedures.
・Results oriented individuals with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share.
・Ability to strategically plan and tactically implement new marketing programs
・Strong clinical competency a high plus
・Strong inter functional management skills
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Self motivated confident individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills
・Computer skills required （Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint）
・Ability to travel 30% 40% （including international）
・Business English level dominance
