・工場長および各部門リーダーと連携し、工場の事業計画に基づく人事戦略を企画・推進
・マネージャー・リーダーへの人事アドバイスやコーチングを通じて、パフォーマンス向上や労務課題の解決を支援。
・採用・人材開発・労務対応・タレントマネジメント・組織開発など、得意領域で課題解決をリード。
・東京本社HRや海外/アジア地域のHRメンバーと協働しながらプロジェクトを遂行
