グローバル臨床開発戦略担当者と連携し、臨床開発計画をチームに周知し、グローバル戦略との整合性を確保。
プロジェクトのスケジュール、品質、予算管理に責任を持ち、試験間やプログラム全体の運用調和を図ります。
規制申請の臨床部分の計画と実行を推進し、進捗をモニタリング。課題は速やかに報告・エスカレーションし、円滑なプロジェクト運営を実現します。

Required Skills
■学歴・経験：
関連する科学または医療分野の修士号以上を有し、製薬業界での臨床研究経験が最低8年必要です。非常に高いプロジェクトマネジメント経験が求められ、多機能チームを効果的にリードした実績が必要です。
■資格・スキル：
強力なプロジェクトマネジメント能力、横断的かつ戦略的リーダーシップ、優れたコミュニケーション能力とビジネス感覚が求められます。個々のメンバーとチームを活性化し動機付ける高パフォーマンスなクロスファンクショナルチームを推進できる能力が必要です。顧客（医師、科学者、各分野のマネージャー）や関係者と効果的に連携し、期待値を設定・管理するための優れた対人スキルも必須です。
