■業務内容
テックリードの知見を活用し、DX推進部が支援するECサイトやオウンドメディア、AIサービスの内製開発をリードして頂きます。技術選定、開発現場の支援、技術レビュー、チームビルディングを行い、DX推進部内や各事業部門、国内外の関係会社と協力しながらプロジェクトを推進して頂きます。

Required Skills
■必須要件
・CTOまたはそれに準ずるポジションでの組織立ち上げ・技術戦略策定経験
・B2C系サービス（Web・App）における 10人以上のエンジニアチームでの開発・運用経験 3年以上
・AWS GCPなどCloudを利用したサービス開発経験 3年以上
・デジタルサービスのスケールアップ（ユーザー数・売上拡大）を技術面から実現した経験3年以上
・ビジネスメンバーと円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
・エンジニアの育成、キャリア構築に携わった経験
■歓迎要件
※業務遂行レベルの英会話力（TOIEC 750点程度以上）が望ましい
・事業会社において、エンジニア組織を立ち上げた経験
・生成AI活用した新規サービス開発経験
・EC事業に携わった経験
・テスト方法論（自動化設計）や品質管理の経験・理解
