ENGLISH:
We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to support consulting teams by delivering high-quality market and industry insights. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and creating client-ready materials to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, industry, and company research using databases and public sources
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Support consultants with research for client projects and proposals
• Create reports and presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Monitor industry trends and emerging topics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

ENGLISH:

• 2+ years of experience in market research, consulting support, or data analysis
• Experience using research databases (e.g., Capital IQ, FactSet, SPEEDA, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Business-level English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
