- Act as a core project member for new and existing front-end features, covering design, development, testing, and release
- Lead technical decision-making for high-traffic web systems, including architecture and performance optimization
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable front-end code
- Monitor production services, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis and improvements
- Refactor existing systems and introduce appropriate technologies, architectures, and tooling
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders across teams

Required Skills
- Proven experience of technical lead experience on high-traffic web systems
- Front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript
- Strong experience designing front-end architecture from scratch (components, state management, performance, UX, CDN usage)
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and E2E testing
- Proficiency with JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, WDIO, Intern)
- Solid understanding of asynchronous and parallel processing (AJAX, Promises, Web Workers, WebSockets)
- Experience with Web APIs (REST, JSON, CORS)
- Working knowledge of Linux operations and investigation
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
