【仕事内容】
単なる受注事務ではありません。発注から納品までの一連の流れをコントロールする「オペレーションの司令塔」として、以下の業務をお任せします。
- 国内外の顧客対応： 日本語及び英語を用いた発注応対、納期調整。
- 国内製造現場や協力会社との連携： 自社工場や社外の協力会社様との担当者と密に打ち合わせを行い、顧客の要望を形にするための生産管理・調整。
- 物流・請求管理： 出荷指示、請求書発行。
- アクティブな顧客対応： 状況に応じて、顧客先への訪問や出張、商談への同席など、フットワーク軽く動いていただく場面も多くあります。
