• 保険基幹システム（ポリシー管理）の対応
• 海外チーム・関係者との連携
• 4〜6名規模のチームリード

We are hiring for a leading global insurance company for the role of Development Assistant Manager / Manager based in Tokyo.

This role involves leading business application development within the life insurance domain, working closely with global teams to drive system design, development, and project delivery.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application development projects
• Define system specifications and design solutions
• Work on policy administration systems (core insurance systems)
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
• Support and lead a small technical team (4–6 members)

✅ 応募要件：

• システム開発／要件定義の経験（5年以上）
• 生命保険業界でのご経験
• ポリシー管理システムの経験
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）＋英語（ビジネスレベル）
• チームマネジメント経験

✅ Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in system development / specification
• Strong experience in life insurance domain
• Experience with policy administration systems
• Japanese (Native level) & English (Business level)
• Team handling experience
