Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily lounge bar operations
- Lead and supervise service team during shifts
- Deliver personalized service to VIP guests
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Monitor guest satisfaction and service flow
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and brand standards
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

- Fluent Japanese required; English communication skills strongly preferred
- Previous experience in luxury restaurant, lounge, hotel, or high-end bar
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong understanding of premium food and beverage service
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and luxury dining etiquette is an advantage
- Ability to lead by example in a refined, service-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
