・インバウンド旅行について、タガログ語や英語を使用して、団体への営業サポート業務を行います。
・旅行プランの提案 ・観光地や宿泊施設などの情報収集
・旅行者が求めるテーマや予算の調査
・チケットやホテルの手配や管理
・予約の連絡対応(電話、メールなど)
・施設との折衝業務 ・トラブル対応 など
