このポジションでは、米国における不動産投資案件を対象に、既存保有物件のアセットマネジメント業務および新規賃貸住宅開発案件の取得検討・プロジェクト推進を担当していただきます。
オフィスおよび賃貸住宅を中心に、資産価値最大化を目的とした戦略立案から実行までを一貫して担うポジションです。
職務内容
保有不動産（オフィス、賃貸住宅）のアセットマネジメント業務全般
収益・コスト管理、NOI改善施策の立案・実行
PM会社・AM会社との連携およびモニタリング
新規賃貸住宅開発案件における取得検討業務
市場調査、収支分析、投資検討資料の作成
開発案件のプロジェクト推進
開発関係者（デベロッパー、設計会社、施工会社等）との調整
進捗、コスト、品質の管理
投資家・社内関係者向けレポーティングおよび資料作成
応募資格
不動産会社における実務経験 5年以上
不動産収支・財務分析に関する基礎的な理解
関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる能力
優遇される経験
アセットマネジメント、開発、投資、プロパティマネジメント等の経験尚可
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市
給与 USD100,000-150,000
