職務概要
このポジションでは、 グローバルな金融環境においてFXトレーディングおよびセールス機能を支援し、フロントオフィスチームと密接に連携しながら、FXプライシング業務フローの安定性および継続的な高度化を担うとともに、ビジネスユーザーとITチームをつなぐ重要なリエゾンとしての役割を果たします。
職務内容
FXトレーディングおよびセールスデスク向けプライシング業務フローの支援
マーケット関連システムとの連携調整
本番環境で発生するインシデントの調査、分析、解決対応
ビジネス影響度を考慮した優先順位付けおよび関係者への情報共有
現地ユーザーと海外開発チーム間の調整、要件整理、改善提案
システムアップグレードにおける検証、ユーザーテスト調整、リリース後サポート
アジャイル環境下での業務推進（Kanban、JIRA 等）
応募資格
グローバルマーケット分野での実務経験（3年以上)
顧客対応またはアプリケーションサポート経験（3年以上)
FX商品（スポット、スワップ、フォワード）に関する知識
英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル
SQL、FIXプロトコル、RESTful APIの知識または経験があれば尚可
アジャイル開発環境での業務経験歓迎
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市またはニュージャージー州ジャージーシティー
勤務形態 ハイブリッド勤務 (週に2-3日オフィス勤務)
給与 USD100,000-150,000
