このポジションでは、 単回使用の網膜硝子体用手術器具の米国市場導入に向け、KOLとの臨床連携、初期マーケットの構築、ならびにディストリビューター支援を通じて、市場をゼロから立ち上げる役割を担います。確立された臨床データやブランドに頼らず、説得力ある臨床価値を自ら創出し、初期成長を牽引していただきます。
職務内容
網膜硝子体分野のKOLとの関係構築および臨床評価支援
ウェットラボ、ハンズオンを含む初期臨床活動の企画・実行
限定的なデータを基にした臨床ストーリーおよび製品価値訴求の構築
米国市場における有効なユースケースの定義
学会等での小規模ミーティング・ワークショップ支援
ディストリビューター選定、立ち上げ、営業トレーニング支援
本社関連部門への市場・顧客フィードバック提供
応募資格
眼科医療機器業界での5～8年以上の経験（網膜硝子体領域）
ディスポーザブル手術器具の取り扱い経験
網膜硝子体専門医との直接的な業務経験
米国ディストリビュータービジネスへの理解
不確実性の高い環境下でも自律的に動ける方
優遇される経験
新製品の上市、または新市場立ち上げに携わった経験
ウェットラボやサージカルトレーニングの企画・実施経験
臨床業務とマーケット開発／ビジネスの両面を横断するロールでの実務経験
勤務形態 フルリモートワーク（米国内）※ 学会参加、KOL訪問、代理店支援のため出張あり
給与 USD120,000-150,000（経験・スキルにより決定）
