英国主要スーパーマーケットを担当し、継続的かつ収益性の高い成長を実現していただくキーアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、商業的視点に加え、日本企業ならではの価値観や食文化への理解が重要となります。
業務内容
英国大手グロサリーリテーラーとの長期的なパートナーシップ構築
売上・利益率・配荷拡大・販売効率を目的としたジョイントビジネスプランの策定と推進
既存商品の取扱拡大、新商品の導入提案およびローンチ支援
プロモーション施策の立案、実行、効果検証
各種数値分析を通じた課題抽出および成長機会の特定
顧客のニーズや市場動向を社内へ共有し、部門間連携のリード
応募資格・求める人物像
英国の大手食品小売チェーンを担当した営業、もしくはキーアカウントマネジメント経験（目安3年以上）
取引条件交渉や売上・利益成長を実現してきた実績
食品への関心が高く、日本食や和食文化に対する学習意欲をお持ちの方
日系企業の価値観やビジネスマナーを尊重し、細部まで丁寧に取り組める姿勢
変化の多い環境やスタートアップ的要素を前向きに楽しめる方
※日本語スキルまたは日本文化への理解があれば尚歓迎

評価指標は、売上および利益の成長、取扱店舗数の拡大、新商品の立ち上げ実績、顧客との信頼関係の強さです。
