Position:   Production Control Manager
Location: Bangplee Industrial, Samut Prakan

Responsibilities: 
•    Design, plan, improve and carry out continuous improvement activities to reduce operating costs by considering working methods that are flexible and safe. 
•    Prepare documents and summarize reports related to the operations and submit reports to the supervisor for improvement and efficiency. 
•    Plan and inspect transportation plans, control on-time delivery. 
•    Summary report on packaging, pallets and wheel liners, incoming and outgoing and remaining of each customer, daily and monthly, FIFO of products. 
•    Random check the remaining packaging, pallets and pads of each customer against the actual counted quantity.
•    Randomly check the performance of External warehouse in terms of counting  incoming and outgoing packages, documents and actual counts of each delivery round of each customer 2 times. 
•    Summarize the problems that the transport vehicles (Milk Run and Non Milk run) such as didn’t record the complete number of packages, or didn’t record in the Gate Pass, return according to the delivery round, didn’t bring the packages back from the customers until the customers complain, bring the packages back to park, do not bring them back in that round, in order to report the problem back to the transport company and follow up to find a solution and solution.     
•    Follow up and report back to other suppliers in case other packaging is mixed in and find measures to correct and prevent the problem that occurs.
•    Randomly check the production line for the use of external packaging and immediately notify the organization once a week. 
•    Calculate and summarize the monthly packaging usage such as pallets 5-hole, 6-hole compared to the purchase order.
 

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or related fields. 
•    At least 5-8 years of experience in production planning and delivery management. 
•    Experience in working with SAP systems, will be special consideration. 
•    Can use Microsoft Office and Internet  
•    Have good human relations and coordination skills with various departments. 
•    Has leadership qualities and can work well under pressure.
