Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Equipment Engineer to support the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized manufacturing and test equipment used in high‑precision production environments. This role combines equipment assembly with on‑site service support and close collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure stable equipment performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble special‑purpose machines and test equipment used in precision manufacturing environments.
Gain in‑depth understanding of machine design, operating principles, and production process flow.
Provide on‑site first‑level service support, including preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective repairs.
Support second‑level troubleshooting in collaboration with engineering teams.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and motion‑control systems.
Install, replace, and integrate machine components and sub‑assemblies.
Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and assembly instructions.
Collaborate closely with mechatronics, process engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure reliable machine operation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance, uptime, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with mechanical and electrical equipment assembly.
Ability to read and interpret 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
Solid understanding of electronics, electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and tooling.
Knowledge of machine elements, motion‑control systems, and engineering materials.
Familiarity with design standards, GD&T, and technical drawing principles.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Good command of English, particularly technical terminology.
