Job Description
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Inspection or QA, preferably in printing or packaging
Strong knowledge of AQL standards, inspection processes, and quality control
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
English: strong communication skills (required)
Vietnamese: native or fluent
Mandarin: a plus
Willing to travel within Southeast Asia
Conduct inline and final inspections to ensure product quality
Perform Quality Fundamentals Audits (QFTs) and follow up on corrective actions
Support suppliers with quality improvement and compliance
Prepare inspection, audit, and summary reports
Visit regional factories and support new supplier onboarding
Act as Balance’s trusted representative at factories, protecting product quality, timelines, and brand standards
