Job Description
A foreign company specializing in Food & Beverage is looking for QA Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the activity of staff and QA department, implementing, maintaining, and developing a quality and food safety system.
Organizing internal audits based on BRC or FSSC 2200/IFS/SQF/FSMA standards.
Inspect, monitor and report the compliance of all departments with WI, SOP and quality/food safety system.
Have experience in 5S and Kaizen, continuous improvement in process and system is a advantage.
Supervise about the quality and food safety in the factory.
Have an experience to lead external audit team from certificate organization.
Bachelor's degree in food technology or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of QA/QC Supervisor experience in in the food field.
Have knowledge about food safety certificates such as BRC, FSSC 2200, IFS, SQF, FSMA…
Good communicate in English
Leadership to proceed each project/problem with related department in the factory.
Ability to make well-summarized reports.
