グループ会社および保有船舶の日常管理
船舶管理会社、ブローカー、チャータラー、ベンダー、MPA等との連携
日本のグループ会社・関係者との日本語でのコミュニケーション
船舶の賃貸、売買、借入、契約交渉のサポート
予算策定、実績管理、予算差異分析、コスト管理
月次・四半期レポート、財務・資金繰り報告書の作成
支払（ディスバースメント）管理、キャッシュフロー監視
銀行・監査法人対応
技術管理会社との技術・保守状況の連携
管理部門の業務手順整備、社内管理業務（総務含む）
新規プロジェクト調査・分析
【求める要件】
海事・船舶業界での実務経験3年以上
予算管理・コストコントロールの知識・経験
顧客・ベンダーとの良好な関係構築経験
【その他】
給与：S＄5000~7000
