海外事業における財務戦略の策定および実行、予算策定・予実管理（FP&A）、資金繰り管理
月次・年次決算業務の統括、税務対応および外部監査対応
金融機関との折衝および関係構築
海外拠点ならびに本社向けの経営レポーティング
人事労務管理全般（給与計算、社会保険業務の統括）
法務・総務関連のトラブル対応および各種契約の管理
管理部門スタッフのマネジメントおよび育成
ERP導入や業務プロセス改善プロジェクトの推進
事業会社における財務・経理分野での実務経験（目安として10年以上）
経理・財務・人事など、管理部門全般にわたるマネジメント経験
月次および年次決算の取りまとめ、ならびに税務申告対応の実務経験
予算策定・予実管理（FP&A）および経営層へのレポーティング経験
人事労務領域（給与計算・社会保険）に関する実務知識、または管理経験
海外拠点や各種ステークホルダーとの折衝を含む、ビジネスレベルの英語力
英語：ビジネスレベル（社内外での連携のため）
