ホールディングス会社事業：グループ会社の事業統括及び投資 総合リスクマネジメント会社（海外における危機管理、緊急事故対応、重大疾病事 故・予防、保険・補償スキームなど）
職務内容：
企業活動における法的リスクの最小化およびコンプライアンス体制の強化を目的と し、契約審査、個人情報保護、社内規程整備等を中心とした法務業務を担当する。
- 契約書のレビュー・作成（日本語7：英語3、年100〜150件程度）
- 契約稟議の回覧
- 申込書、規約、プライバシーポリシー等関連文書のレビュー・改訂
- 契約書ひな形の作成・改訂
- 個人情報関連業務（対外監査対応・社内監査実施・法改正に伴う社内対応のアッ プデート）
- コンプライアンス窓口の維持・管理
- 社内法務・コンプライアンス関連相談への対応
- 社内規程の作成・改訂
- 社内研修の立案・実施
- 外部法律事務所との折衝・連携

Required Skills
必須要件：
- 法務実務経験 ２年以上（契約審査・個人情報・コンプライアンスいずれかの実務 経験を含む）
- 日本法（民法・会社法）の基礎知識
- 個人情報保護法の基本理解
- 英文契約の読解力
- コミュニケーション能力（各事業部門と協働し、相手の立場を踏まえて対話でき る姿勢）
- Word / Excel / PowerPoint 等の基本スキル
- 新規就労ビザ申請のためには、４年制大学卒業＋関連業務経験が少なくとも３年 以上は必須
