We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CAE Program Manager to lead a strategic offshore development initiative in collaboration with a major Japanese manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment. In this position, you will act as the primary onsite liaison in Japan, coordinating with the offshore CAE team in India. The role involves overseeing simulation and validation deliverables, leading technical discussions, and growing a newly established engineering team from 10 to 200 members over five years.
About the Department:
This department focuses on CAE for farm and agricultural equipment, including linear, CFD, mechanism/DEM, nonlinear, and NVH analyses. The project starts with a team of 16 FTEs and is expected to grow to 100 FTEs within two years.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the offshore team and manage project deliverables according to schedule
- Enable effective communication for requirement gathering, simulation planning, and CAD data clarification
- Acknowledge incoming analysis requests and prioritize them based on urgency, complexity, and available resources
- Support resolution of CAD data issues, modeling guidelines, boundary conditions, and ensure adherence to simulation process documentation provided by the customer
- Facilitate meetings between the customer and the offshore team
- Discuss deliverables, analysis results, and countermeasure proposals with the customer's CAE and Design teams, and share feedback with the offshore team
- Present analysis results at customer product design review meetings and provide countermeasure recommendations to support product improvements
Job Description:

Must Requirements:
- Experience in CAE or CFD
- Familiarity with at least one CAE tool, such as ADVENTURE Cluster, SC/Flow, SC/Tetra, Hypermesh, or Ansys
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing engineering teams across multiple functions

- Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates' experiences and abilities
