- コラボレーション／メッセージング基盤の技術サポート対応
- メール、チャット、モバイル関連インフラの運用・管理
- システムアップグレード、移行、セキュリティ対応の計画・実施
- 障害対応、原因分析、再発防止策の推進
- グローバルチームおよび外部ベンダーとの連携
