本ポジションは、事業・プロダクト戦略と連動しながら、ユーザー体験の設計からUI実装までを一貫して担うプロダクトデザイナーの役割です。AIを中心とした新しいUXの実現を通じて、複数サービスを横断する統合的な体験価値を形にしていきます。

クライアントは、長年にわたりチーム向け業務支援ツールを提供してきたSaaS企業です。国内外にユーザーベースを持ち、蓄積された業務データと最新技術を掛け合わせることで、次の成長フェーズに進もうとしています。
職務内容
・体験コンセプト／UX方針の策定・情報設計、導線設計、画面構成の作成
・UI／インタラクションデザインおよびプロトタイピング
・ユーザーテスト、検証、改善サイクルの運用
・デザインシステムおよびコンポーネントの運用・改善
・プロダクトマネージャーやエンジニアなどステークホルダーとの合意形成
