同社は、インドにおける社会課題をビジネスの力で解決することを目的に、ファンドを通じて農業、金融包摂、サプライチェーン、モビリティの分野で活動する社会起業家の支援や投資、ベンチャーキャピタルへの投資を行う日系自動車メーカーのインド100%出資子会社です。
■職務概要：
同社では、日本企業向けに、インド市場の理解および新規事業創出を目的とした1年間の人財派遣プログラムを運営しています。
本ポジションは、プログラムに参加する日本企業の社員が単なる研修で終わることなく、派遣元企業にとってインド進出や新規事業の機会創出につながるよう、伴走支援を行う役割を担います。これらに加えて、日系企業からの訪問者対応もご担当頂きます。
■職務内容：
・プログラム設計・改善
・研修生のオンボーディング・日常業務マネジメント
・Portfolio企業・スタートアップとの接続
・PoC / 新規事業の伴走支援
・日本企業との連携・レポーティング
・渡航・生活・現地対応などの運営全般
・日系企業の訪問者対応
