- 必要に応じて、モニタリング（治験実施前、開始時、定期モニタリング、および終了時の訪問）を実施する。
- 治験責任医師／治験実施医療機関の選定を支援する。
- 治験実施医療機関による治験審査委員会／倫理委員会（IRB/EC）への提出書類作成を支援する。
- 治験実施医療機関との契約および予算交渉を円滑に進める。
- 医療機関からの問い合わせ対応およびコミュニケーションを管理する。
- 必要に応じて、治験の管理を支援する。
