複数治療領域における上市製品および後期開発品を対象に、医療従事者からの高度な医学的照会に対する最終エスカレーション対応を担う。
グローバルと連携しながら、標準回答文書（SRD）整備、ベンダー管理、PV連携を通じて、日本におけるメディカルインフォメーションの品質と信頼性を統括する。

Description
- 医療従事者からの高度・複雑な医学的問い合わせへの最終対応
- 医学的回答の正確性・一貫性・規制遵守を担保する品質管理
- 標準回答文書（SRD）の作成・更新およびグローバル整合
- 外部ベンダーのパフォーマンス管理・KPI監督
- PV・薬事・法務・グローバルMIとのクロスファンクショナル連携
