Responsibilities
Framework Design: Design and evolve scalable automated test frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E).
QA Strategy: Define test strategy, test pyramid design, and quality metrics aligned with product risk.
Lead Quality: Drive defect management and root cause analysis; establish QA standards across the team.
DevOps Integration: Optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and scalable test execution.
Mentorship: Guide engineers in testing practices to foster a quality-first mindset.
