This role is a Technical Product Manager responsible for maximising the value of an API platform.
You will lead technical decision-making and stakeholder collaboration to drive sustainable product growth.

The client operates a large-scale digital platform that connects a diverse ecosystem of merchants and partners.
By expanding and improving external and internal APIs, the organisation continuously enhances its platform value.
Description
- Define product vision and strategy for the API platform and open API programme
- Create and maintain API specifications, including contracts and non-functional requirements such as security, availability, and performance
- Organise existing initiatives and define future product tasks
- Develop and execute product roadmaps
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog
- Communicate with internal and external API users and incorporate feedback into improvements
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Define KPIs, analyse performance, and drive operational improvements
- Coordinate with development, project, security, and other related teams

- Ability to identify operational issues and lead service improvements
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
